Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Coming Only To 3DS Later This Year

It was announced by Nintendo in a Pokémon Direct released today, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon, releasing later this year exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. The games will take place in the Alola region, but it will be an alternate storyline  compared to the last games of the franchise. Nintendo also announced that Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS virtual console on September 22nd this year.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Moon will feature an alternate storyline, and will drop on November 17th 2017.

Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver will have PokeBank functions and will be releasing on September 22nd.
