Sony has released its first PS4 Pro commercial, opting to go down a nostalgic 80s route and getting the similarly themed Zombies in Spaceland from CoD: Infinite Warfare along for the ride.
In what is a definite throwback to some of Sony’s old-school PlayStation advertising, the commercial goes big on style rather than showing much of what the PS4 Pro is capable of. Although we’re told the PS4 Pro is more powerful, the ad does nothing to sell how that will improve games.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Releases November 4, 2016 and the PS4 Pro in November 10, 2016.

“This is far from the first time the PlayStation brand has produced an odd advertisement. A commercial that ran near the beginning of the PlayStation 3’s lifespan featured a sentient baby doll alone in a large, white room with the console sitting on the floor, before he apparently uses telekinesis to lift the PlayStation 3 into the air as his eyes emit a troublesome glow. Another ad has basically nothing to do with PlayStation at all, instead featuring a Scottish girl giving an odd speech about the mood in what appears to be an interrogation of some kind.”
