Reddit user named YouRedditHereFirst reveals a gallery of images revealing the questions asked, if the results of the survey are true, most of the people asked are interested in the idea of Nintendo Switch featuring RemotePlay.

Using Remote Play with a PS4 not connected to the Internet.

Playing Remote Play on a Switch, AppleTV, AndroidTV
“Allowing multiple users on the same device with smaller controllers would directly compete with the Switch (not beat, just compete). And, allowing multiple users to use Remote Play on different devices including the Switch, AppleTV, and phones all at once? That would be amazing to see.”
Says YouRedditHereFirst.
It is worth to mention that the original post has been edited, the Reddit user says that the survey also asked people if they would like the idea to Remote Play PS4 games on Xbox.
“I also want to add that the survey asked about using Remote Play on Xbox systems but I don’t play on Xbox and just forgot to include that”
Different controller options are also “suggested” in the survey, Xbox One controller, mouse and keyboard and “a slim/portable DualShock controller that is easier to carry on-the-go” was also mentioned.
This is a dubious rumor, and should be taken with a pinch of salt, it’s highly unlikely that YouRedditHereFirst has the only prove of the survey. Are you interested in playing PS4 games on other platforms? Leave your opinion in the comment section below.
