Bethesda’s first AAA title for this year is going to come out just 10 days later and while by getting closer to release date, the possibility of delays in launch goes upward, the publisher assured fans with a new statement at its blog that Rage 2 will be available on May 14 with no delays. So, as you’ve probably guessed, the game has gone gold and it’s officially announced.
According to Bethesda’s post, Rage 2 will run through all platforms at 1080p resolution, except PX version that can be run at any resolution the display supports. On the other hand, the game will run at 30 FPS on PS4 and Xbox One, while the number is 60 FPS for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, both limited. However, there is no limit in frame-rate for PC gamers, as they can run it at any rate their system is capable to deliver. The post said:
Between our hands-on events around the globe, our reveal of cheat codes making a big comeback, and so much more, it’s clear the fun is just getting started, with less than a month to go before our hot pink global takeover.
Recently, the development team behind Rage 2 has revealed PC system requirements for the game, which we covered previously and you can check it out here.
