Rockstar has been busy trying to piece together the ongoing beta for Red Dead Online by issuing new updates to keep the experience from stalling out. Most recently, the western online title has received a plethora of new deals, content and bonuses to help entice players to hop back into the western multiplayer adventure.
First up, players will be treated with all-new ammunition sales of 25% off, as well as noticing the once frustrating ammo rank has been lifted. While this new sales and the available ammo will only be available for a limited time, it gives players a chance to try out some of the more damaging ammo varieties.
While checking out the new ammo selection, players will also notice new updates to the catalogue. New clothing options, such as the Gator Hat, Ortega Vest, Morning Tail Coat, Strickland Boots, Furred Gloves, Concho Pans and the female exclusive Hitched Skirt are all now available in the Wheeler, Rawson & Co. catalogue.
Also, new bonuses will be rewarding players who partake in modes like Showdown, Races and Gun Rush, including 1.5x money and gold. These bonuses are included in all Showdown and Race modes, such as Plunder, Target Races, Up In Smoke and Spoils of War.
Finally, players may want to stop off at a post office first as they’ll be treated with a friendly care package consisting of 3 helpings of four different items, including Potent Miracle Tonic, Potent Snake Oil, Potent Health Cures and Potent Bitters. This week seems like a great week to hop back into the saddle of Red Dead Online.
The new update is available this week with specific features, such as bonus reward money, ammo sales and the lifted ammo rank being limited for this week only.
