Remedy’s Upcoming Thriller ‘Control’ Eyeing Summer Release

Developer Remedy Entertainment (Max Payne, Alan Wake, Quantum Break) have been hard at work with their latest project, Control. The new title has been receiving tons of exposure thanks to being Game Informer’s cover story next month. Within the plethora of news and information drops also comes a release window, which is apparently set for this summer.

Take a look at the World Trailer below:

Remedy’s new action title will have players assume the role of Jesse Faden who harnesses supernatural abilities, such as levitation and mind control. An all-powerful evil is looking to destroy everything in its path and it boils down to Jesse to put an end to its reign of terror.

Remedy’s upcoming sci-fi action-adventure thriller is confirmed to be a single player, more open world experience when compared to the studio’s previous titles. Players will explore The Oldest House, the rather peculiar headquarters to the paranormal investigation organization, the Federal Bureau of Control.

While no official release has been confirmed for Control, it is reported on being scheduled for release this coming summer for the PS4, PC and Xbox One.
