Aside from every achievement that current generation of consoles managed to add to its library, a huge growth in number of co-op titles is one of the important ones. There were so many successful launches for co-op based games through the recent years and it has become a good reason for developers to have an eye out for the big market of these titles, like Gunfire Games that’s attempting to launch its first multiplayers co-op based title, Remnant: From the Ashes, this Summer.
The new title for the developers behind Darksiders 3 is going to be a bit different from their previous titles, especially in case of gameplay. Remnant: From the Ashes is a 3-player co-op game set in a post-apocalyptic world, in which you’re going to fight against some monstrous creatures along with your friends. It’s third-person shooter title with some RPG elements that allow you to upgrade your gears and craft new equipment.
Recently, a new trailer from Remnant: From the Ashes has been shared showcasing the game’s world which is divided into two different sections: Ward 13 and Labyrinth. Ward 13 is a vault-like place for the survivalists. You store supplies, craft gears and grab your weapons in the hanger in order to get ready for the battle in Labyrinth, an other-worldly place that reminds me of Souls-like environments. Labyrinth is “a boundless dimension and physical connection between planes of existence” as the game describes it. Here you can check out the brief trailer:
Remnant: From the Ashes is set to be released on August 20 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
