As part of the ongoing Tokyo Game Show 2023 event, Capcom announced that Resident Evil Village will launch on October 30 for the iPhone and iPad. Players will be able to download the game application and play the opening area of the game at no charge but will have to buy the game to access it fully. Additionally, the iPhone, iPad, and Mac version of the Resident Evil 4 remake will still launch sometime in 2023. Both games will also launch for the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad Air, and iPad Pro devices with the M1 chip.
