Resident Evil Village System Requirements Revealed

During the recent PlayStation Japan “Play!”Play!Play!” live stream, Capcom revealed new details on Resident Evil Village including the systems requirements to run Resident Evil Village on PC, and the official start date for the RE: Verse‘s open beta on April 7th.

PC players will need 8 GB of RAM and a 4 GB VRAM GPU to run the game to the minimum specifications, if you own a GTX 1050 TI you will be good to go. According to Capcom with some tweaking, the user may hit 60 FPS at 1080p, especially if the user ticks the “Performance Focus” setting on the game.

The recommended specifications demand a 16 GB of RAM, a GTX 1070 for 1080 FPS gameplay with the ” Focus on Screen Quality” setting activated. The game also supports a Ray Tracing option on compatible systems. The RTX 3070 owners will be able to enjoy the game on 4K at 60 FPS., the highly awaited eighth mainline installment in the revered horror franchise.

Resident Evil Village is scheduled for release on May 7, 2021 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S.
