Square Enix just announced the release date of the PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider for January 2016, although there is no mention of a solid release date, according to an IGN article, the game was listed for release on January 29 2016 on Amazon France so hopefully we should be able to hear soon from Square Enix for a solid release date.
The PC version of the game is set to release alongside the first DLC of the game called Baba Yaga: Temple of the Witch, which adds new tombs, puzzles and a new campaign featuring Baba Yaga to the base game.

There isn’t a release date announcement for the PlayStation 4 version of the game as of yet due to the game being a timed exclusive release for Microsoft platforms, however, the PS4 version of the game is estimated to be released sometime late on 2016.
The game has received very positive reviews, it has an aggregate score of 87.14% based on 65 reviews on GameRankings and 86/100 based on 97 reviews on Metacritic; here at Gaming Instincts we gave a 9.0 score, praising it’s great exploration, good leveling and crafting systems that are easy to understand and it’s fun, engaging combat.
