Roguelike FPS PERISH Launches February 2

Publisher HandyGames and developer ITEM42 announced that the upcoming “classical mythology” Roguelike FPS PERISH will launch on February 2, 2023 for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. A trailer was also released. In PERISH, players will “Enter blood-soaked underworlds inspired by ancient mythologies, all accompanied by a death-metal soundtrack,” and “face ceaseless battles on the perilous path to Elysium.”ITEM42 co-founder Regan Ware commented on the announcement in a press release, saying:“Combining classical mythology and first-person shooting, with multiplayer and roguelike elements forced us to push a lot of boundaries during PERISH development. While we are saddened it will no longer be released on Google Stadia, players will be able to access our game from an amazing store lineup including Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.”

Face ceaseless battles on the perilous path to Elysium. Stave off a barbarous fate and slay hordes of infernal creatures on the black sands of Purgatory.
