Rumor: PlayStation E3 2018 Showcase Leak Reveals Bloodborne 2, DMC 5, and More

Rumor: PlayStation E3 2018 Showcase Leak Reveals Bloodborne 2, DMC 5, and More

With the E3 2018 right around the corner, Sony has already announced that its PlayStation press conference will feature some heavy hitters such as Death Stranding and The Last of Us: Part 2. But if a recent order of Sony’s showcase leak be legitimate, then fans should expect to see the reveal of Bloodborne 2, Devil May Cry 5, and more anticipated games.

Check out the photo of Sony’s press conference showcase list, that shows all the announcements that the company will make on their press conference:

While the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo is a great platform for publishers and developers to provide extended looks at projects already confirmed for development, it’s also a fantastic place for companies to drop some bombshell announcements.

As seen in the image above that was initially uploaded anonymously to 4chan’s /v/ forum, not only unrevealed surprises such as Bloodborne 2 and Devil May Cry 5 be revealed during PlayStation‘s E3 2018 press conference, but also MediEvil, BioShock Resurgence, and SOCOM: Coalition might get announced as well. What’s more is that there may even be VR assets shown for projects such as the Resident Evil 2 remake and Spider-Man.

But there’s no telling whether or not this leak is real or not, if it is fake, there are definitely details on the photo that adds flavors of realism to the potential PlayStation E3 2018 showcase roster. For instance, Ghost of Tsushima, Spyro: Reignited Trilogy, and Kingdom Hearts 3 have all been practically confirmed that they will appear on this years’ E3.

That said, though, Bloodborne 2 and Devil May Cry 5 , along with the new SOCOM title that wasn’t mentioned before, might make everyone cry foul. Plus, there’s the prospective confirmation of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds offering up a trailer to reveal its availability on PS4 that might raise some eyebrows as well, especially since the battle royale title has been marketed so prominently by Microsoft for the longest time.

All things considered, it’s best to take the details from this leak with a major grain of salt, particularly due to the fact that such a document can easily be forged in this day and age with photo editing software. Nevertheless, if this leak turn out to be authentic, then Sony’s PlayStation E3 2018 press conference will be tough for other companies to top, as Sony will be revealing various much-anticipated games.

Sony’s PlayStation E3 2018 press conference takes place on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 6:00 PM PT.
