Sega to Announce a New Sonic Title on July 22 2016
Good news Sonic fans, or bad news, who knows…. according to a tweet made from the original Sonic The Hedgehog Twitter feed, Sega is preparing a big surprise regarding our beloved blue blur on July 22 2016. This seems to be the official announcement regarding the Sonic title that Sonic Team has been working during the last 2 years.

This is a response that was made today to someone asking on when a new sonic game would be revealed, and based on the response, it means that there will be something shown by sega on July 22 2016 which marks the date of the 25th anniversary event of Sonic The Hedgehog.
The last game that Sonic Team worked on themselves was Sonic Runners for IOS and Android platforms, which Sega recently announced that the game would be shut down on July 27 and will be taken out of the app store and the Google Play Store.
I can’t wait to see what the new Sonic game will be all about, I just hope that is not Sonic Boom and that it features classic Sonic, here is the hoping…
