Silent Hill 2 Remake Gets New Trailer, Silent Hill: The Short Message Out Now

During the recent State of Play livestream, Konami released a new trailer for the upcoming remake of Silent Hill 2. The short trailer sees James Sunderland dispatch several enemies with a mix of both melee weapons and firearms including a pistol, rifle and a baseball bat. Silent Hill 2 is in development for PS5 and PC. A release date has still yet to be announced. Additionally, the publisher also revealed a trailer for the previously announced Psychological horror game Silent Hill: The Short Message. The trailer shows protagonist Anita as she navigates an infamous haunted apartment and supernatural events begin to occur. Whatsmore, the game is available now for free to all PlayStation 5 players.

Silent Hill: The Short Message details:

Following messages from her friend Maya, Anita finds herself at a crumbling apartment block, infamous for rumors of suicides.

Drawn inside, Anita soon finds her sense of reality shattered as she encounters bizarre, otherworldly spaces and twisted monsters.
