Mistwalker Studios has been out of the console scene for quite some time; after the release of the amazing RPG Lost Oddysey, they have dedicated themselves to develop mobile games such as Terra Battle, however, this may not be for long, today Bravely Default developer, Silicon Studios and Mistwalker announced a joint collaboration for a brand new RPG game.
The title of the game and the platforms that is going to be released for are currently unknown, the only thing that has been revealed so far is a piece of artwork for the project, you can see the artwork below:
Silicon Studio, Mistwalker Collaborate on New Game
The official website of Japanese video game developer Silicon Studio announced on Monday that the studio is collaborating with fellow developer Mistwalker to create a new game.
Silicon Studio developed Bravely Default for the Nintendo 3DS and its sequel, Bravely Second: End Layer, which is scheduled to launch in North America in spring 2016. The company also developed 3D Dot Game Heroes for the PlayStation 3. Additionally, Silicon Studio creates rendering engines used in games such as Final Fantasy XV, Gunslinger Stratos, and The Witch and the Hundred Knight.
Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi founded Mistwalker in 2004 after leaving Square Enix. The studio has developed games such as Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, The Last Story, and Terra Battle. Sakaguchi shared concepts designs for a new project last month.
