Skylanders Imaginators Now Available on Nintendo Switch!

Skylanders Imaginators for the Nintendo Switch introduces a digital library that allows players to easily load and store their 300+ toys from the franchise directly to the new home gaming system. No Portal of Power? No problem – the arrival of the digital library empowers players to take their adventure on-the-go whenever and however they want.

This March also marks the debut of some of Skylanders’ most anticipated characters including Painyatta and Grave Clobber in the game, as well as a brand-new expansion pack for the game. Additionally, the Skylanders Imaginators Cursed Tiki Temple level pack is a first in franchise history, taking kids on an all-new adventure as they unlock more than 100 new offerings for their game! The pack comes with Sensei character Wild Storm who will unleash a new level to players, a life Creation Crystal and an Imaginite Mystery Chest.

“Activision also announced a new feature for the Nintendo Switch version of Skylanders Imaginators. It will feature a Skylander digital library. This means someone won’t need to have a Portal of Power. Instead, people will be able to load and store their collection, which could include over 300 NFC figures by this point, to the Nintendo Switch. This will allow someone to access all of their toys, even when they’re on the go.

A new Skylanders Imaginators level pack will also launch in March 2017. The Cursed Tiki Temple will come with a new Sensei figure, called Wild Storm, a life Creation Crystal, and an Imaginite Mystery Chest with customization items. The level will have over 100 new customization items for original Skylander characters. It will be $29.99.”
