British game developer Snap Finger Click proudly announce the release of their streaming interactive game ACT IT OUT XL! A Game of Charades on Steam. A bigger, better version of the original PS4 game ACT IT OUT!, ACT IT OUT XL!boasts expanded and updated content, native support for all major streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube and Mixer), new languages, and more.
ACT IT OUT XL! is a supercharged version of the classic charades parlour game, designed to be played over streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Mixer. The unique ‘Live Show’ lets a host broadcast themselves acting, singing, drawing, or describing secret phrases – all while the viewers attempt to guess the answer in the chat. ACT IT OUT XL! automagically recognises the correct answers from the viewers, flashing their name on-screen and adding them to the in-game leaderboard.
There is double the content of the original ACT IT OUT! with over 3,000 phrases spanning across TV, movies, video games, and more, all updated for 2018. As well as the carefully curated in-game content, players can also invent their own phrases for the viewers making this a great title for any serious broadcaster.
“Since releasing ACT IT OUT! on PS4 back in 2016, we’ve had a huge number of requests from broadcasters to make a Steam version,” said Martijn van der Meulen, Co-Founder and Development Director at Snap Finger Click. “At Snap Finger Click, we care a lot about our audience and we always listen to their feedback. That’s why we’re delighted to share this brand new version of ACT IT OUT! with the world.”
As well as the made-for-broadcasters ‘Live Show’ mode, ACT IT OUT XL! can also be enjoyed as a local multiplayer game, supporting 2-8 players without the need for additional controllers.
ACT IT OUT XL! is available worldwide from today on Steam.
