Sonic at the Olympic Games Pre-Registration Open Now

SEGA announced that that a new Sonic games will come for smartphones, Sonic at the Olympic Games – Tokyo 2020, the official mobile game of the Olympic Games will launch on Android and iOS on May 7, 2020. SEGA is offering a list of rewards that will unlock according the number of pre-registrations.

Check out the full list of reward targets here:

  • 100,000 pre-registrations will unlock the “Ocean View” music track from Team Sonic Racing
  • 300,000 pre-registrations will unlock Training Points that can be used to unlock events and special skills
  • 500,000 pre-registrations will unlock the badge featuring Miraitowa, the Tokyo 2020 mascot

SEGA is offering more rewards if pre-registrations pass the 500,000 mark.

Sonic at the Olympic Games – Tokyo 2020 will feature popular characters from the Sonic The Hedgehog series. 15 Olympic Games events can be enjoyed, including all new Tokyo 2020 events such as Karate and Climbing. SEGA also teased a number of “Extra Events” that will feature gimmicks from the Sonic universe. Leaderboards will allow players, countries, and regions to compete against each other for glory.
