Sonic Superstars Gets LEGO DLC, Sonic Frontiers Gets Birthday Bash Update

Publisher SEGA and developer Arzest have announced that Sonic Superstars will receive a new DLC that has the publisher partner with LEGO to bring a LEGO Sonic skin and a pre-order LEGO Skin for Eggman. Sonic Superstars will launch this fall for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Additionally, SEGA released the new  “Birthday Bash” update for Sonic Frontiers. It adds new challenges, moves, a new collectable Koco, and free birthday decorations.

Adventure through the mystical Northstar Islands in this all-new take on classic 2D Sonic high-speed action platforming. Play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Rose and harness all-new Emerald powers to move and attack in dynamic new ways. Join the party with the new “Sonic’s Birthday Bash” Update, featuring new challenges, moves, a new collectable Koco, and free birthday decorations. Available today, starting at 5:00 p.m. PST, the free update also introduces New Game Plus, a feature that allows players to start the game over from the beginning with their skill tree and power-up levels inherited.
