Street Fighter V Adds Juri on July 26

Street Fighter V Adds Juri on July 26

After Street Fighter V producer Yoshinori Ono confirmed at EVO 2016 Juri would be coming to the game by the end of July, Capcom has formally announced the release date for the latest character in SFV at San Diego Comic-Con.

Juri’s story and battle costumes will also be available to download the same day.

A S.I.N. agent from South Korea who was introduced in Super Street Fighter IV, Juri “is a sadistic fighter who enjoys violence and loves tormenting her prey, with a tendency to get involved in anything she deems as fun or risky”. Finally, her Critical Art sees Juri do a slicing blast that hits her opponent multiple times.

Korean fighter Juri is the fifth of six announced add-on characters for Street Fighter 5.

Juri made her first appearance in 2010’s Street Fighter 4. Karin, Chun-Li and R-Mika’s swimsuit outfits have already been released, but players can now look forward to getting new ones for Cammy, Laura and Ibuki.

Check out the Trailer:

“Juri builds charges up and rushes at the opponent, kicking them from behind. Juri can choose to charge Kasatsushu by holding down the V-Skill command. During this charge, she can cancel Kasatsushu at any time by inputting a forward or backward dash. Additionally, she maintains her charge level after the cancel.”
