Mega video game corporation and parent company to Rockstar and 2K Games, Take-Two Interactive, recently held their annual financial investor report, and with it came some exciting new details for the future. The biggest reveal, though, was the tease that there may be at least one currently unannounced title from one of their various labels set to release before the end of the current fiscal year – March 2020.
While this could mean a number of titles from one of their various video game development studios, it’s still pretty exciting considering the source. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick also stated, “Take-Two has the strongest development pipeline in its history, including sequels from our biggest franchises as well as exciting new IP.”
So, it seems we could be hearing from one of the big-named developers soon regarding either a sequel from one of their biggest franchises to a new IP altogether. We already know Borderlands 3 is set to release under 2K Games and Gearbox Software this September, but what else could the mega-corporation be teasing? We’re just hoping it’s something other than the obvious next NBA 2K title.
Stay tuned for more details in the future for what else could be coming out of the Take-Two family of video game labels within the next year.
