Tales of Berseria ‘Grand Tour’ Trailer

Tales of Berseria ‘Grand Tour’ Trailer

Bandai Namco launched a new trailer for their RPG Tales of Berseria, coming to PS4 and PC on January 24 in North America and January 27 in Europe.

The new trailer showcases the Liberation Linear Motion Battle System, the characters you’ll play with, a peek at a few minigames, and last but not least, some Mystic Artes.

If you’re not familiar with the Tales of games, this trailer probably won’t do a great deal to enlighten you; but it does feature a few environments, some gameplay, and a fly-by of the Berseria characters.

You’ll learn, for example, that Eleanor Hume can “make a fool of enemies with long spear skills”, and get a look at some of the Special Combat Actions each of the cast can perform in battle. There’s also a look at some mini-games that’ll be appearing in the game.

Check out the Trailer:

“After a few sweeping scenes of scenic locales and examples of adventuring, the Tales of Berseria Grand Tour trailer gets a little more detailed. It starts by introducing the Liberation-LMBS, the linear motion battle system that allows you to have your characters freely run around the field in a fight. It then takes time to point out the characters, their voice actors, and their strengths, beginning with Velvet Crow and following with Laphicet, Rokurou Rangetsu, Magilou, and Eizen, Eleanor Hume. It also shows off some Break Soul moves, Switch Blast techniques, and minigames.”
