Previously PS4-exclusive puzzle title of Enhance studio is going to become available on PC via Epic Games Store. Tetris Effect is going to launch next week.
Tetris is one of the most famous games of the world that has always been part of the industry during the past decades. Tetris is the world’s second best-selling game of the history, standing right behind Minecraft. The last title in the series was Tetris Effect that exclusively launched for PlayStation 4 and received positive reviews from media, making it a deserved re-invention of the series with some creative elements and musical effects that delivers a new experience through the same gameplay of Tetris.
Today, the studio behind Tetris Effect announced that the game will be coming to PC via Epic Games Store on July 23rd. Like the PS4 version, PC edition of the game will also support VR headsets such as Oculus and HTC Vive with 4K resolution. Tetris Effect on PC will feature a new mechanic called Zone, through which you will be able to stop time for a few seconds.
It hasn’t revealed yet whether the game will be timed-exclusive on Epic Games Store or not. Also, there’s no word on the game’s Xbox One version yet.
