As it was rumored earlier this month, Nintendo has revealed two Nintendo Direct livestream, the first was focused indies, today’s Nintendo Direct Mini was not short of information, reassuring Switch owners that 2020 will be packed with several new releases for the small console. Perhaps the biggest announcement was some titles of the most successful franchises from 2K Games will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. XCOM 2, Boderlands and BioShock will all be available on May 29, 2020.

2K are coming to Nintendo Switch on May 29, including sci-fi classic XCOM 2 Collection – which contains XCOM 2, 4 DLC packs, and the War of the Chosen expansion – as well as the Borderlands Legendary Collection, which contains the original Borderlands, its sequel, Borderlands 2, and its “pre-sequel,” Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. 2K is also bringing its acclaimed BioShock series to Nintendo Switch, with BioShock Remastered, BioShock 2 Remastered, and BioShock Infinite: The Complete Edition, as well as BioShock: The Collection, which includes all three BioShock games in one package.
Nintendo fans were not forgotten as content of the next Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC was revealed. A new character will be stepping into the arena, the new challenger will arrive from a Nintendo IP called ARMS, Nintendo did not specifically revealed which character will be arriving.
New content for Animal Crossing: New Horizons was also confirmed, a large, Easter update will arrive, players will have a egg-themed furniture and challenges to complete. Also new areas will be arriving for Pokémon Sword Expansion Pass and Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass, trainers will have new areas to explore in the Galar region.

Ports of Panzer Dragoon: Remake and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy were announced, the games are currently available on Nintendo’s Game Store.
