The Crew 2
will be free starting December 5, 2019, until December 8, 2019 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Players will have access to The Crew 2 in its entirety, including the newest update, titled ‘Blazing Shots,’ which “brings weekly PvE competitions and unique LIVE Summit events where players must reach the top of the leaderboard to win exclusive rewards based on their ranking.” Gamers can explore the entire US on land, sea, or in the air using some of their “dream vehicles.”
Fans who participate in the free weekend will be able to keep their progress after the free weekend, and they will be able to purchase The Crew 2 full game and Season Pass during the Free Weekend Period for a 70% discount.
The Crew 2 is developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower—a studio based in Lyon, France. The game “lets players experience the thrill of the American motorsports spirit inside a fully redesigned USA. [The Crew 2’s] playground pushes physical boundaries to let driving and open world fans test their skills in nonstop competition and exploration. From coast to coast, drivers can explore America and compete to become the greatest motorsports champion by collecting a wide variety of exotic cars, bikes, boats and planes.”
“Ubisoft is a leading creator, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and services, with a rich portfolio of world-renowned brands, including Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, For Honor, Just Dance, Watch Dogs, Tom Clancy’s video game series including Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six and The Division.” One of the publisher’s most recent titles includes Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, which recently received a survey regarding what changes and fixes the game’s community wishes to see implemented.
