After an unsuccessful launch plagued with performance issues and lots of negative reviews leading to its developer shutting down, The Day Before publisher MyTona recently took to Twitter that it is “sorry for the fact that the game didn’t meet the expectations of the majority of the players,” and that it is currently working with Steam to “allow refunds for any player who chooses to request one, regardless of game time.” According to the publisher, “Fntastic received $0 and will receive nothing from The Day Before sales.” The Day Before developer Fntastic recently announced that it has shut down just a week after the game’s launch because the game “failed financially” and the studio “lack the funds to continue.” Servers will be online for some time. The Day Before launched in Early Access on December 7 for PC via Steam. The title had mostly negative reviews with an overwhelmingly negative rating on Steam.
