Do you remember The Division trailers back in 2016, where there was a video that compared The Division’s world to the real life New York? Well, now that we are just 2 days away from that game’s sequel, Ubisoft has posted a new trailer for The Division 2 showcasing the similarities between real life Washington D.C. and the game’s locations. The Video also contains a bit of explanations from developers around making and expanding the city in game.
It’s worth noting that seemingly, research team has done a great job in detecting a lot of details on the city and it’s most important buildings. They have even gathered information on age of trees, benches and other things all around Washington D.C. to give you a better experience of walking through the streets. Second trailer is directly talking to PC gamers, specially those who are utilizing AMD graphics and CPUs. The trailer shows off features that The Division 2 will support on PC such as Direct X 12, Real-time destruction, high resolution shadows, volumetric lighting and some other stuff. The Division 2 is set to be released 15th of March on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. After launch, PC owners will only be able to purchase the game via either Ubisoft Store or Epic Games Store.
