Naughty Dog has released the first update patch for the recently announced The Last of Us Part I PC port. The port currently sits at a “Mostly Negative” rating on Steam due to its several performance issues and bad optimizations. The update “fixed several performance & hitch related issues impacting some users.” The Last of Us Part I is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.The Patch note’s details via Naughty Dog:
A new hotfix for The Last of Us Part I is now live. This update primarily focusses on stability and performance improvements and other smaller improvements.
The team is closely watching player reports and actively working on a patch with more bugfixes, to be released soon.
