During a recent episode of the XboxEra Podcast, XboxEra co-founder Nick Baker stated that a Metal Gear Solid 3 remake may be announced at Sony’s rumored upcoming PlayStation Showcase event, claimed to be coming this month. Baker also stated that the game could be exclusive to PlayStation 5. Additionally, Windows Central’s Jez Corden made a recent tweet stating that he “heard similar” about Metal Gear Solid 3’s console exclusivity. However, whether or not the title comes to PC as well is currently unknown. None of these claims have yet to be confirmed by Konami or Sony. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater first launched on 17 November, 2004 for PlayStation 2.
