Additionally, according to a report by Windows Central, the next Call of Duty title will be a Black Ops title lead developed by Treyarch. It will also reportedly be called Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War. The game will follow the CIA and the United States in the Cold War. And finally, according to The Verge, the game will launch in late October.A past report from The Verge’s Tom Warren claimed that Microsoft has been debating on whether the upcoming Call of Duty game and future titles from the franchise should be added to Game Pass. The debate has reportedly been “ongoing internally for quite some time.” However, there are concerns from some that the revenue that the franchise generates for Activision Blizzard “will be undermined by Game Pass.”
