Recently, Capcom started sending out emails to some Resident Evil ambassadors in Japan, inviting them to an event in Shinjuku in order to reveal some details on the next Resident Evil game. Now, the wave of invitations has reached North America.
According to a one of the Resident Evil Ambassadors in US, there will be two events in Los Angeles and New York related to the next entry in Resident Evil series. The former will be holding on September 20-21 while the latter will be welcoming the testers on September 23-24. Based on the email, the ambassadors are going to play an early-in-development version of the next Resident Evil game.
The requirements to take part in the event is to register as a Resident Evil Ambassador and also have the experience of playing one of the Resident Evil games in the past. Don’t expect to get any official news before the events unless someone tries to leak the new project.
Resident Evil 2 Remake was the last entry of the series that launched earlier this year and received honorable reviews from media. The game has now reached over 4.5 million copies sales.
