The Outer Worlds Gets Over an Hour of Gameplay Footage

Obsidian Entertainment is currently working on its first project after becoming part of Microsoft family in 2018. Despite being a first-party studio, Obsidian’s upcoming project is a multi-platform game, since it was under development before the studio’s addition to Xbox Game Studios. Now, we are less than three months away from The Outer Worlds and fans love to see new information and footage coming out about the game on the way to launch. Fortunately, PC Gamer has shared a gameplay walkthrough from The Outer Worlds recently, which gives more details on the game’s visuals on PC and its gameplay features.

During the new gameplay footage, we get to see lots of action scenes between the player and giant insects in the outskirts of the city. Also, different kind of weapons, including both closed range and long ranged ones, are being shown within the video below.

Aside from combats, talking to NPCs, getting missions and visiting multiple parts of the city are forming up other sides of the new gameplay footage.

The Outer Worlds is set to be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game will be available through Xbox Game Pass at launch. Also, Obsidian has recently confirmed the game for Nintendo Switch.
