Resident Evil 2 Demo Coming Later This December
Earlier this week a tweet post by “Anthony_Robert” started hyping up Resident Evil 2 fans by posting two screenshots of what happens to be a Resident Evil 2 Remake Demo. These images showcase both leo and Claire playable demos. He also tweeted an actual off-screen video of his TV showing Resident Evil 2 Remake Demo App on his PlayStation 4 Dev unit, so there is no way that these images are faked or photoshoped in anyway. With the Game Awards around the corner it wouldn’t be too surprising if this actually get announced or better yet becomes playable on that day for the fans. Path of Exile for PS4 Delayed to February 2019
Earlier in November Grinding Gear Games announced a PlayStation 4 version of their ever-popular ARPG game right after Blizzard’s Diablo Immortal disaster. Many fans of ARPG games got super hyped and laughed at Blizzard’s face for the obvious reasons, but now it seems that PlayStation 4 fans will have to wait a bit longer to play Path of Exile because it is being delayed all the way to February of 2019 due to the amount of needed for the certification process during the upcoming Christmas period, so basically really crappy timing in a nutshell which is pretty sad. The original release date was supposed to be sometime this month, but now that won’t be happening and we all know how packed February 2019 is so Path of Exile will be going against some pretty tough competetion including Anthem, Crackdown 3, Metro Exodus, Jump Force and so on.
Fortnite Account Merging Delayed Until 2019
Back in September of this year Epic announced Fortnite’s account merging which gave players the ability to combine multiple console-linked accounts to transfer Battle Royale cosmetic item purchases, lifetimw wins, V-Bucks, and Save the World campaign access. This account merging system was supposed to be implemented sometime this month but it’s now delayed to early 2019 and Epic Games have confirmed the delay. Epic has stated that the delay occured to ongoing technical concerns and that they won’t be able to make it and that they want to make sure that this process is throughly tested and works properly before it is released. Epic Games said not to worry as they will keep the fans updated on this feature and give us the goods as soon as everything is working as intended and it’s ready to go.
New Sony Handheld Console Might Be in the Works
There are rumors flying around that Sony is possibly working and testing out a new handheld system or some sort of a perhipheral due to patent that was filed in South Korea. The image showcases a game cartrige with a small port on one end and a hole on the other. This seems not to be too far fetched because during an interview between PlayStation CEO John Kadera and Bloomberg – John made this particular statement “In my opinion, rather than separating portable gaming from consoles, it’s necessary to continue thinking of it (portable gaming) as one method to deliver more gaming experiences and exploring what our customers want from portable. We want to think about many options.”
Our take is that this new cartridge could be some kind of a handheld device, sort of a device that attaches to a main console like the PlayStation 5. Basically think of it like something like the Nintendo Switch but for Sony. It’s really had to say, other than to speculate about it. We will find out what’s truly going on with PlayStation 5 and future Sony hardware sometime in mid of 2019. Stay tuned to www.gaminginstincts.com for your latest next-gen news.
Death Stranding Release Date Leaked
Walmart Canada is at it once again. Earlier this week the retail giant is starting to act funny again. Last year a month before E3 Walmart Canada online store managed to actually leak a couple of announced titles such as Assassin’s Creed, Rage 2, Gears of War 5 and even Forza Horizon 4. Looks like they got a level up and are now either trolling the fans or someone is really about to get fired and be banned from ever getting a job again at any retailer store thanks to the possible potential release date leak of Death Stranding that says June 30th, 2019. June 30th, 2019 is a Sunday so there is no way the game comes out this day, however this suggests that Death Stranding will be out before the 2nd half of 2019. With Game Awards coming up it is possible that we will hear something about it there, since Geoff and Kojima are really good friends and they always showcased new stuff for Death Stranding at the Game Awards.
