Danish/Swedish indie duo Other Tales Interactive today announce their debut game, Tick Tock: A Tale for Two, an interactive co-operative puzzle game set in a magical clockworld filled with mystery, coming to PC and mobile in 2018.
In Tick Tock: A Tale for Two, players must work together on separate screens to piece together secrets and unravel the story of two sisters who wanted to control time. Together, players will perform a variety of interactive puzzles and scour the game for hidden meanings on their quest to escape a mysterious world of clocks.
Tick Tock: A Tale for Two is the brainchild of Mira Dorthé and Tanja Lind Tankred. Their first project together, Tick Tock has already received several nominations including Most Creative Game Award at PLAY17, Official Selection at IndieCade EU 2017, and a nomination for the Sensation Award at Nordic Game Conference 2017.
The studio recently received investment from Coffee Stain as part of its Leveling the Playing Field initiative, which supports game development teams with at least 50% female members.
Tick Tock: A Tale for Two will be released in Q4 2018.
