Geoff Keighley is preparing an exciting opening show for Gamescom 2019 to go live on August 19 and most of the publishers have confirmed their presence at the show with new announcements, including SEGA. The Japanese publisher has revealed that it will be unveiling an unannounced triple-A project at the show, and now some say it might be Total War Saga: Troy.
According to Nibel, one of the insiders and leakers on Twitter, SEGA has filed a trademark for Total War Saga: Troy on July 23rd, but we haven’t seen an announcement for such a game from the company, making us to assume that maybe the surprise for Gamescom 2019 is actually a new title from Creative Assembley.

As always, we suggest you to take the rumor with a grain of salt, but even if the upcoming unveil wouldn’t relate to Total War Saga: Troy, we will probably see such an announcement from SEGA in the future.
Opening Night Live will go live one day prior to the opening of Gamescom 2019 in Cologne, Germany. Make sure to follow us on Twitter and check out our website as we will fully cover the show at the time.
