Crash Bandicoot might be returning to Sony and hopefully, we will see an announcement at either E3 2016 or just sometime during this year. According to a Toy Company NECA in a video interview, the company’s Director Randy Falk has stated that “we’ve got back in with Sony. And looking at some of their other titles…I see they’re bringing Crash Bandicoot back, so there’s some great stuff there.” You can look at the video for yourself here down below where he says it at the 4:10 mark.
It’s interesting to see this pop up now because last week Sony Middle East has been teasing the game on their twitter page – you can check our story on that here. However, maybe Randy Falk could just be guessing as much as anyone else is thanks to their twitter teases. Whether they got official information or not on a new Crash Bandicoot game is still a mystery. It’s not official until Sony says so, but it is definitely exciting to speculate.
