Cyberpunk 2077 might be the most anticipated game that’s set in a futuristic world right now, but there are more ideas and projects to come in the next year with such a setting and atmosphere. You want an example? Transient. Iceberg Interactive and Stormling Studios recently revealed their upcoming project for 2020 in which Cyberpunk will bleed into the world of H.P. Lovecratf.
Being developed by Unreal Engine 4, Transient attempts to deliver a futuristic world in the very realistic way possible, through cutting-edge technologies and revolutionary visuals. The development team is working hard to craft an engaging atmosphere with the combination of a haunting soundtrack and eye-catching designs.
Transient is going to take players to a dystopian world where real and virtual life are colliding each other and you will be able to traverse between artificial worlds through the available in-game technologies. While everything in the world of Transient seem to be dark, the main question is about your own existence which will challenge you throughout the whole story.

For now, the game has been only confirmed to come to PC in 2020. Stormling Studios has previously developed series like The Darkness Within and Conarium.
