Frozenbyte Games has officially announced the release of Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power to release separately for the Switch next week. The game is currently the only unavailable title in the series on the console, and with the upcoming fourth installment set to release on the Switch it seemed only like a matter of time before we saw the third entry make its way over.

Fans of the Trine series were only capable of playing the first two Trine titles up until now. While the Trine: Ultimate Collection releasing alongside Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince this coming fall, fans who already own Trine 1 and 2 previously did not have a viable method of purchasing the third entry separately.
Frozenbyte also revealed that the Trine trilogy featuring the first three entries in the series would also be available as a physical release at GameStop in North America on September 20, 2019. Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power will release on the Nintendo eShop on July 29, 2019.
