Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin Now Available in Japan

Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin is now available to download in Japan for iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play.

the game will begin its service in Japan on April 28, but in the meantime you can download the game to try out its opening tutorial.

Square Enix listed the following three highlights on the game’s app pages: an original scenario that takes place in a Norse mythology world that will get you hooked, original battle system to go with 3D graphics, and BGM by the best of the industry to make things more exciting.

Here’s the story prologue:

“That day…. The gods were disgraced…

Since ancient times, this world has been divided into nine.

Midgard, where humans dwell; Vanaheim, where the divine Vanir reside; Asgard, inhabited by the divine Æsir… A country where fairies live, a country of giants, the underworld…

One day, the balance of the nine worlds collapsed, and a period that swept up all the worlds in war began…

During the days of never-ending war, people patiently and anxiously awaited…

The advent of the “Battle Maiden Valkyrie” to appear and end their grief…”

“Various high-profile staff members are involved with the project, including Yoshinori Yamagishi, who produced all three previous entries in the Valkyrie Profile series. Japanese playwright Bun-Oh Fujisawa is attached to write the script for the new game.”
