Vampire Survivors PlayStation Version Gets a Release Date

Developer Poncle announced that the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of Vampire Survivors will launch on August 29. Additionally, the game’s DLCs will be available day one of the game’s release on the platform. A release date trailer was also released. Vampire Survivors is currently available for PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.

The game’s details:

Vampire Survivors is a time survival game with minimalistic gameplay and roguelite elements. Hell is empty, the devils are here, and there’s no place to run or hide. All you can do is survive as long as you can until death inevitably puts an end to your struggles. Gather gold in each run to buy upgrades and help the next survivor.

Starting Tips

  • Take your time to grab gems and items, they won’t disappear.
  • Get two or three offensive weapons at first, but focus on levelling them up one at a time.
  • Armor and Luck are good starting power-ups to spend money on.
  • Refund power-ups often, it’s free, and try new upgrade paths.

The game’s latest DLC’s details:

Vampire Survivors is joining forces with Konami‘s iconic Contra series in a new downloadable content that’s a blast from the past—emphasis on the BLAST.

The President’s cousin’s sister’s dog has been kidnapped by Red Falcon. Are you bad enough to come to the rescue?

“Operation Guns” embraces the visceral simplicity of classic Contra, with build-focused characters that encourage min-maxing and stat manipulation, a tonne of weapons (we’re talking 20 including evolutions!), and a difficulty curve that combines quintessentially arcade-hard gameplay with the original Vampire Survivors formula.
