According to a recent Twitter post by Focus Entertainment, the upcoming third person shooter Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II won’t have microtransactions despite its recently revealed multiplayer modes. According to the publisher, there will be “no in-game shop”, and “all gameplay content and features will be free to all players. Paid DLCs will be cosmetic only”. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will launch on September 9 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
