Ubisoft’s press conference at E3 2019 is now live and it started with an epic symphony of Assassin’s Creed franchise that raised our hopes to see a sight of its new version at the show, though we know that there will be no new entry in 2019. However, the first bombshell of the event was Watch Dogs Legion that premiered by a lengthy gameplay footage showing different aspects of the game from shooting to driving.
Watch Dogs Legion is set in a futuristic version of London that is heavily under control of military bases and troops with their drones and high-tech equipment. Freedom in London has been replaced by fear and your mission is to fight against the cruel regime. Through your fight, there are plenty of heroes as many as the population of all NPCs at the game. Yes! The rumors were right! You are able to play as any NPC you want in the game and join the Resistance group to take down military troops in different parts of the city. The only thing you have to do is to find your targets, hack into their life and make them recruits of yourself. Every character will have his/her own voice and cinematic trailers.
During the gameplay trailer above, we saw playing as three different characters all with one mission to make a tech-engineer to join to Resistance. Driving cars, hacking drones, checking out people’s personal information and shoot & cover moments with both real and 3D-printed weapons are some different parts of the video. Also, you can check out the story trailer of the game below:
Watch Dogs Legion will be available on March 6 next year for PS4, Xbox One, Stadia and PC.
