CD Projekt Red unveils the first images of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt‘s second expansion Blood and Wine, showing off the brighter, more colorful setting of Toussaint.
The images, which were revealed on CD Projekt Red’s Twitter page, show off a beautiful sprawling cityscape that looks distinctly different from the Novigrad that’s part of the main game. Instead of witches being burned at the stake and muggers in the streets, the city of Toussaint is more colorful and lively.
Although CD Projekt Red has been very careful not to reveal much information about Blood and Wine, we do know the expansion will be about twice as long as Hearts of Stone and will include new gear and new enemies.

“The new screenshots show the lush environments of Toussaint, duchess Anna Henrietta and her entourage, and one of the loathsome creatures Geralt will face, the giant centipede-like Scolopendromorph.”
