Wolverine PS5 Narrative Lead Departs Insomniac, Joins CD Projekt RED

As spotted on a recent LinkedIn post, Marvel’s Wolverine narrative head Mary Kenny announced that she will be leaving Insomniac Games for CD Projekt RED. Kenny was formerly co-heading Wolverine’s narrative and worked with the developer for over five years. She will now be working as a senior writer at CD Projekt Red presumably working on the upcoming Cyberpunk and Witcher games that have been confirmed to be in development.

“Today was my first day as a senior writer at CD Projekt RED.” She wrote. “I can’t wait to talk more about my project, I’m thrilled to be getting back into RPGs.” Marvel’s Wolverine recently saw a new string of leaks revealing more gameplay elements of the upcoming game. According to past leaks, the game is targeting a 2026 release window, and will be followed up with multiple Wolverine titles including, Marvel’s Wolverine, Marvel’s X-Men, and Marvel’s X-Men 3, along with a potential fourth title. It’s worth noting that none of this information has been verified by Insomniac or Sony.
