In the recent episode of the official Xbox Podcast, Microsoft Gaming’s leaders announced that both PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass have collectively hit 34 million subscribers to date. The company also stated that the service will “continue to be only available on Xbox platforms.” Activision Blizzard titles will also be joining the service including Diablo IV, which will join the service on March 28. “It’s all part of our commitment to make Xbox, the Xbox experience, and the games that we build as widely available as possible,” said Xbox president Sarah Bond. “So now the 34 million Game Pass members can all enjoy the fantastic experience of Diablo 4.” Other games joining the service will be announced soon. The upcoming expansion for Diablo IV, Diablo IV Vessel of Hatred will launch in Late 2024.
Diablo IV details via the publisher:
Diablo IV is the newest incarnation of Blizzard Entertainment’s genre-defining action–role-playing game series. Players will experience a grim new story line while also having the freedom to forge their own path across the most expansive vision yet of the world of Sanctuary—a bleak and shattered hellscape bereft of hope and beset by demons.
