Publisher NIS America has announced the release of the Ys X: Nordics demo. It is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The demo features the prologue and three chapters of the game. Save data can also be carried over to the full game when it launches. A demo trailer was also released. Ys X: Nordics will launch on October 25 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. It is currently available in Japan and Asia. In Ys X: Nordics, players follow “young red-haired adventurer Adol Christin and the proud pirate Karja Balta,” as they “find themselves bound by fate—and the mysterious power of Mana. As they search for a way to undo the mystical ties that bind them, they soon find themselves caught up in a conflict between two factions”.
